Group Therapy Services
At Family Attachment & Counseling Center, group therapy provides a powerful way to learn, heal, and grow in community. In a safe, structured setting, clients can practice new skills, receive encouragement, and realize they are not alone in their struggles.
Our groups are led by experienced therapists who integrate evidence-based approaches—such as CBT, DBT, and attachment-focused work—with practical tools for daily life. Some groups are designed for children and teens; others are tailored specifically for adult women and may include a Christian perspective for those who desire it.
Social Skills Group for Children & Adolescents
Our Social Skills Group is designed for children ages 6–14 who need support navigating friendships, emotions, and everyday social situations. This experiential program helps kids and teens:
Build healthier communication skills
Learn CBT-based regulation and coping strategies
Practice gratitude and positive thinking
Develop confidence in group settings
Topics rotate with each session, but all groups emphasize emotional regulation, problem-solving, and connection—under the guidance of skilled staff.
