Dr. Anna Ludowese, DNP, CNP, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Anna Ludowese is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides warm, holistic, and evidence-based psychiatric care to individuals ages 5 and older. She offers both in-person services at the Family Attachment & Counseling Center in Chaska, MN and online throughout Minnesota, blending clinical expertise with an integrative approach rooted in whole-person healing.
Dr. Ludowese treats a wide range of mental health concerns—including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions—while also specializing in clients who are seeking root-cause healing and deeper understanding of the factors driving their symptoms.
As a Certified Health Coach and Certified GAPS Practitioner, Dr. Ludowese brings advanced training in gut-brain health, nutritional psychiatry, and functional approaches to mental wellness. She integrates nutrition, lifestyle, attachment considerations, and metabolic health into her psychiatric practice, helping patients understand how the body and mind work together and how healing can happen from the inside out.
Her care is relational, individualized, and collaborative. She takes time to understand each person's story and values, and she develops treatment plans that may include medication, nutritional support, lifestyle strategies, and trauma-informed frameworks. For clients who desire it, she is also comfortable integrating Christian values and faith perspectives into the healing process, always in a respectful and nonjudgmental way.
Dr. Ludowese earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Bethel University and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Minnesota. Her clinical work reflects a commitment to compassionate care, whole-person wellness, and the belief that healing is most effective when mind, body, and spirit are supported together.
