How to Make Online Payments
There are two options for making online payments.
1. Download the Therasoft “myTherapist” app from the app store or
2. Login to the client portal by using the following link
- In both instances you will need a PIN. If you have a statement, enter the last four digits of your client code as the PIN. If that does not work, call 952-234-4637 or e-mail to obtain a PIN.
- Enter your last name, date of birth, and PIN to log in.
- Make sure to enter in your date of birth with no dashes or hash marks (Example: 01/02/1990 must be entered as, 01021990).
Next Steps for payment via web client portal:
- Once you have logged into the portal, click on the “Pay Now” tab at the top of the page.
- To see all sessions, you may have to change the date range at the top of the page by clicking on the calendar. Then, select which appointment you would like your payment to apply to by clicking on the “Pay” button at the right of the screen.
- Enter payment details and information. If you want to pay for multiple sessions, either enter the information separately for each date or enter a larger payment amount and indicate in the comments section what dates you would like the payment applied to. If the comments section is blank, we will apply excess payment to the oldest dates due.
