2. Pay fee of $10 by clicking on button below. After paying, you will be taken to a page from where you can complete the test.

3. Pass online test. Be sure to register for the test with the same e-mail address you used to pay the fee in step 2.

4. The certificate will be sent to the provided e-mail address. Note: Certificate will not be e-mailed before fee is paid in full.
