WelcomeWe believe in the power of relationships. Relationships with parents, children, spouses, peers, the Divine and even ourselves have an immense impact on an individual's holistic health. Our practice builds upon this philosophical base. We work with adults, couples, families and children in improving relationships and building on existing strengths.
We offer a full range of mental health services, with a special emphasis on services for children. We offer traditional therapy for children and adults. Our Family Attachment Narrative Therapy program is designed for children whose development has been compromised by early life trauma and attachment relationship difficulties. We also offer a support group for parents and First Steps, a group program for newly adopted children age 2-5 and their parents to help ease the transition into the new home.
